The current vacancies advertised on this website are for candidates to apply directly to Food Utopia. Where we are unable to fill a vacancy in this way, our recruitment team will enlist the help of the recruitment agencies from our Preferred Supplier List (PSL).

We are unable to work with recruitment agencies outside our PSL and will not be able to accept any recruitment businesses on the basis of speculatively CVs or telephone calls.

The Cake Academy

At present, we can only deliver cakes through parts of England and in Wales. Should you have a question regarding delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch at help@thecakeacademybakery.com.


If you consider that the Product is substandard or otherwise defective or damaged, please can you contact our customer services who will help arrange this with you? We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.  We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.

We will refund the price of a substandard or otherwise defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
